What does LeadPulse cost?
Nothing. The app and your account are free. Agencies pay for LeadPulse as part of their Agency Pilot plan.
How do I get an account?
Sign up here with your email or Google. If your agency already sent you an invitation, sign in with that email address instead so you land in the account they set up.
I can't sign in. What should I do?
Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with, or the one your agency invited. If you've forgotten your password, reset it here. Still stuck? See Support.
Who can see my information?
You, the people you add to your business account, and the agency you're connected to. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy has the details.
What happens if I stop working with my agency?
Their access to your accounts ends, your data stops updating, and you keep read-only access to your history in LeadPulse for 90 days.
Is there an Android app?
LeadPulse is coming to iPhone and Android. Until the app is on your phone, sign in at app.myleadpulse.io in any mobile browser; it's built for small screens.
How do I delete my account?
From the app's settings, or by following the steps on Delete your account.
